Paula and Warwick - North Narrabeen & Elanora Heights

Chris and the Bungalow Homes team built a 2 bedroom granny flat at our rental property in North Narrabeen.   They were super helpful throughout the initial discussions and subsequent planning process.  All our requests and changes were taken care of with good grace and Chris had some really useful ideas and suggestions. It was a difficult, sloping site with a very long driveway, but they weren’t deterred.  We were also very pleased with the way they looked after our tenants in the main house and did everything they could to minimise disruption. Whenever I visited the site I found the tradesmen to be really polite, helpful and considerate.

We love the new granny flat, it’s built to a really high standard and Chris made sure every drawer runner, lock, and door stopper were in perfect working order before he handed the keys over.

We have just completed our second granny flat with Bungalow Homes in Elanora Heights and have been wowed again!  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bungalow Homes and we will use them for our next one!
