2024 WINNERS in the Master Builders Association Housing Awards

We are so proud to announce that we have been recognised for the second year in a row by the Master Builders Association (MBA) for our Granny Flat in Balgowlah Heights!

This stunning project not only showcased amazing views over Manly Harbour, but its unique design featured a sandstone rock wall in the master bathroom.

The judges commented that “This highly liveable secondary dwelling offered a spectacular outlook, excellent internal layout, and quality inclusions and finishes. The home was an incredibly challenging build, with steep access and significant rock excavation.”
